Terms of Service.

Effective October 2026

These terms apply to your use of message-master.com and to the Brand INSIGHT score and report. By using the site or requesting a Brand INSIGHT, you agree to them. If you hire Message Masters LLC ("Message Masters," "we," "us") for other services, the written agreement for that work controls.

Using our site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not misuse it. That means no attempts to break into or disrupt the site, no automated scraping, and no submitting false information or anything you do not have the right to share.

Brand INSIGHT

Your Brand INSIGHT score is free. It is based on information about your business that is publicly available when we prepare it, and on the information you give us. Scores, findings and estimated returns are our professional opinion and good-faith estimates. They are not guarantees of any particular result, and they are not legal, financial or tax advice.

The paid Brand INSIGHT report is $299, unless a discount code applies. It includes your full report, action plan and a meeting with a strategist. Payment is due at purchase. The report is delivered by email once payment is received.

Refunds

Because the full report is delivered as soon as payment is received, paid Brand INSIGHT reports are non-refundable. If something went wrong with your order, such as a duplicate charge or a report that did not arrive, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Our content

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, video and the Brand INSIGHT method and reports, belongs to Message Masters or the people who licensed it to us. You may use your own Brand INSIGHT report for your business. Please do not copy, resell or republish our content without written permission.

Client work shown on this site

The client names, brands and results shown on this site are shared with permission. They describe what those clients experienced. Your results will depend on your business, your market and your follow-through.

Other websites

Our site links to websites we do not control, such as social media, review sites and booking tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." We do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Message Masters is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of this site or a Brand INSIGHT. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid Brand INSIGHT is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Denton County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
