Message Masters LLC ("Message Masters," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through message-master.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, contact us any time using the details at the bottom of this page.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site, request a Brand INSIGHT, book a meeting, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share. That can include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your company name, website and industry
• Your approximate annual revenue range
• Anything you write in a message to us

If you buy a paid Brand INSIGHT report, your payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to understand how people use the site. Through Google Analytics and our website platform we may collect your browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at our site, and your general location based on your IP address. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Public information about your business

When you request a Brand INSIGHT, we review information about your business that is already public: your website, search results, online reviews, social media profiles and business listings. We use it only to prepare your score and report.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include our customer relationship and website platform, our email and calendar tools, our payment processor, our website hosting providers, analytics tools, and the software, including AI tools, we use to analyze public information and prepare Brand INSIGHT reports. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we use it to respond to you about your request. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

• Email: every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 45 days.
• Cookies: you can control cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, keep accurate business records, and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure connections and access controls. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
